As of August 1, 2021 the Sam Houston State University Small Business Development Center (SHSU SBDC) expanded their services to include all of Montgomery County, as announced in Community Impact in July. This premier business assistance and resource program is hosted by the SHSU College of Business Administration. The advising staff assists small business owners and entrepreneurs with no-cost services such as one-on-one business advising, industry-specific expertise, government contracting opportunities, webinars, and in-person training classes.
