Montgomery Self Storage continues to invest in Montgomery County with major expansion projects at two of our key locations, providing more spaces, more sizes and more options for our current and future customers.
An additional 20,000 square feet of new, rentable storage space was added to our largest location at 19678 Highway 105 West. The new space includes some super large units with tall ceilings that are in demand for small businesses, landscapers, inventory storage needs, and some RV and boat storage. Because we are locally owned and operated, we are able to respond to the requests and needs of the community. This new rentable space is available now and makes the property close to 92,000 square feet in total.

Our Conroe location received the biggest upgrade. Located at 1418 FM 2854, just west of I-45, the project coincides with TXDOT’s widening of FM 2854 from two-lanes to a four-lane divided highway from Loop 336 to I-45.
Overall, an additional 50,000 square feet of storage space will be added to the property, which includes three new non climate-controlled buildings that are available now and a three-story climate-controlled building that is pre-leasing now, available in the fall.All five of the existing buildings were also completely renovated and new concrete was poured to replace the asphalt. Additional upgrades to the facility include a state-of-the-art security keypad and surveillance system that features license plate technology, bright exterior lighting and new signage, including a planned monument sign on FM 2854.
