Immediate Improvements With More to Come

As mentioned in both the Tomball/Magnolia and Conroe/Montgomery editions of the Community Impact Newspaper, both properties have received upgraded surveillance that features license plate technology, including a state-of-the-art keypad and gate operating system, bright exterior lighting and new signage. They offer a range of storage options, including climate controlled and non-climate controlled storage units. Montgomery Self Storage – Lake Conroe also offers some units with high bay doors as well as covered and uncovered parking for boats and RVs.

Additional improvements are planned as the properties are renovated to match the other Montgomery Self Storage facilities. A new multi-story, climate-controlled building for the Magnolia location is currently in the engineering phase. “We believe the future is bright for Montgomery County and we will continue to invest, improve, and expand our locations to meet the demands of this rapidly growing area” says Andrew Pena, Jr., Managing Partner of Montgomery Self Storage.

Expansion To Begin at East Conroe location

The addition of 20,000 square feet of rentable space being added to the existing location at 17631 Highway 105 East, Conroe, TX 77306 was also mentioned in the Community Impact article. The new space will be all climate-controlled with construction planned to start soon. Additionally, other possible new construction projects are under consideration
