Family Promise of Montgomery County

Family Promise of Montgomery County serves unsheltered families with children in partnership with faith communities, individuals and corporations to provide shelter, meals, transportation and compassionate assistance for families transitioning into long term stability.

Family Promise needs in-kind donations such as personal toiletries, public transportation passes, diapers, books, etc., to provide comfort and relief to our guest families. In addition, we welcome donations of gently used computers for our guests to use at our Day Center for job searches, resume writing, apartment hunting, etc. They also have numerous volunteer opportunities.

If you prefer, Family Promise is also in need of gift cards for items such as gasoline for families to get to and from work, restaurants for a family’s daily meal, for essentials and unforeseen circumstances and for setting up the new Guest Center.
